Job Description:
ANSYS is looking for a Java/J2EE developer to be a part of the Engineering Knowledge Manager (EKM) team based at Pune.

EKM is an enterprise application based on latest J2EE technologies that addresses process and data management needs of Engineering simulation software users.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new features and maintaining existing features in Web interface (JSF/XHTML/Javascript/AJAX) and Desktop interface of EKM (Swing/SOAP).
EKM is a fairly recent product from ANSYS and the selected candidate will get opportunity to develop from scratch brand new features.
Desired Profile:
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications or equivalent (preferably from IITs and IISC)
0-4 years of software development experience
Exposure to OO programming is desirable
Knowledge of Java development environment (Ant, Eclipse etc.) and latest J2EE and Web technologies (JSF, Ajax etc.) is desirable
Ability to work independently or in a team
Good communication skills
