Job Description :
Technical infrastructure monitoring:
This role is to centralise, qualify, handle or escalate the production alerts brought up by monitoring tools such as nagios, HPOV, and BMC Patrol in a varied technical environment: these alerts can be related to servers, network equipment, services, and database.
Server Provisioning:
This role entails the setup (installation, configuration) of windows and linux servers in accordance with the EHC production standards and procedures.
Production Tasks, production controls:
- Linux : troubleshoot or escalate system/application issues
- Netbackup related : diagnose server backup issue
- Application related : diagnose and troubleshoot web servers middlewares
